ACCESS TO THE VILLAGE

In order to gain access to the village, it is necessary to obtain authorisation from the Management, after showing a valid ID document. Minors can enter only if accompanied by their parents, relatives aged over 18 or adults who take overall responsibility towards third parties. The assignment of accommodation shall be carried out by the Management and any request to change or extend the stay shall be allowed only according to availability at the time such request is made.

VISITORS

The Management reserves the right to prohibit the entry of day-visitors. Moreover, during your stay, it is forbidden to allow friends or relatives to stay overnight, even if
maximum capacity of the accommodation has not been reached.

CHECK-IN

Check-in is possible from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m..Outside this timeslot, the service cannot be guaranteed, unless promptly notified by the customer. Upon arrival, in addition to identity documents, guests are requested to provide credit card data by way of a guarantee. The names of the members declared during the check-in phase cannot, for any reason whatsoever, be modified at a later date.

EARLY CHECK-IN E LATE CHECK-OUT

It is possible to bring forward the check-in time upon request and availability of the accommodation.
The surcharge relating to the early check-in service corresponds to 30% of the listed daily price.
Subject to availability, it is also possible to request a late check-out up to 6 p.m. with a surcharge equal to 50% of the listed daily price. Guests must leave their accommodation by 10 a.m.. However, if they wish to use
the residence services after such time and following authorisation from the Management, they are obliged to pay the relative fee.

RECEPTION

The Reception is open every day from 8.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

VISITOR’S TAX

From 01.04 to 30.09 the visitor’s tax is in force, which the guests are obliged to pay in cash upon checking-in.

CAR PARKING AND CIRCULATION OF VEHICLES

Each residential unit has a reserved parking space. A second car, as well as the day-visitors’ vehicles, can be parked in a reserved area, following the payment of the relative daily surcharge. Inside the village, we ask that you kindly drive vehicles at a moderate speed so as not to cause any damage to people or objects.

OBSERVANCE OF QUIET HOURS

The Complex observes the following quiet hours to respect the resting period of others: from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. We would like to remind our guests that, in order to be able to carry out the customary scheduled maintenance to the gardens, in some cases, the hours above may not be respected by our gardeners.

PETS

Dogs must be kept on a leash and the owner must take care of its hygiene and make sure that it does not disturb the other guests. It is forbidden to take dogs into the swimming pool and to the restaurant.

SWIMMING POOL

The use of the swimming pool is permitted only to the village guests, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.. Moreover, guests are obliged to comply with the specific regulations located at the swimming pool entrance.

BAR

The bars in the Complex have the following opening hours:

Self-bar: 24 hours a day

Lake bar: from 8.30 a.m. to 12 a.m.

During the low season and in case of bad weather, the above opening hours can be subject to change.

RESTAURANT

The Restaurant is open from 8.00 a.m. to 10 a.m. for bread service,breakfast and the sale of daily newspapers and periodicals and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner. On Saturdays and Sundays, it is open also for lunch from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

ENVIRONMENT

Recreational activities can be freely carried out in the playground situated in the area below the swimming pool, where you will also find a ping pong table. We invite our Guests to respect the plants as well as the hygiene and cleaning of the Complex.

WASTE SORTING

We take great care to (make sure we) separate our waste for recycling. Inside your accommodation and in various points of the village, you will have waste baskets and bins at your disposal where you will be able to separate your waste for recycling.

BARBECUE

It is forbidden to light barbecues near the residential units unless authorised by the Management.

INTERNET

There is a Wi-Fi network available throughout the entire village area (paid service).

BOATS AND BUOYS

Motorboats can approach the bathing area only perpendicular to the bank at the maximum speed of three knots. Please do not leave any boats, dinghies, canoes and other equipment on the beach. We kindly request you to comply with all the legal provisions that govern navigation on the lake. The Management informs the Guests that motorboat buoys, once reserved, must be paid for even if not used or in the event of an early departure.

DEPARTURE

The Management kindly requests the Guests to leave the Complex by 10 a.m.. Any departures after this time incur the payment of a surcharge equal to an extra day. Moreover, it is advisable to pay your bill the day prior to your departure. Guests are required to pay for the entire holiday even in the event of a delayed arrival and/or an early departure. Furthermore, fees are per day, regardless of the time of arrival. Upon departure, the apartment will be inspected and if any damage and/or particular untidiness is found, the Management reserves the right to request a reimbursement.

LOST PROPERTY

Upon request, any objects left in the apartment following the departure will be sent to the Guest against
payment of the relevant costs.
We will not be held liable in any way whatsoever for any disservices due to the non-delivery of supplies, accidental equipment failure or other cases of force majeure. Under no circumstances will discounts be granted to cover any actual or presumed disservices that may arise. Furthermore, we will not be held liable in any way whatsoever for any damage caused by other guests, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, illnesses and theft of objects that have not been expressly left for safekeeping with the Management.
